Box Cake Mix Cookies

Delicious cookies made easy using a box cake mix. Make sure to use egg whites when making blue, pink, red, blue colors. Enjoy!

• 1 Box White Cake Mix
• 2 eggs (or egg whites for certain colors)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• Food coloring and sprinkles, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease cookie pans.

In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix.

Scoop cookie dough into balls and place on cookie sheet about 2-inches apart. Add sprinkles if desired.

Bake for 10 minutes or until edges start to brown.

Remove pans from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
