Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut up
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/4 C water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
- 2 C frozen vegetable combination
- 2 C uncooked corkscrew macaroni
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside.
2. Add soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
3. Return chicken to pan. Cook 5 minutes more or until macaroni is done, stirring often. Sprinkle with cheese.

Cook: 25 minutes
