Ingredients
- 1 17oz can corn
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup mozerrella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Spread corn in ungreased 1 1/2qt dish. Brown meat, drain fat. Add flour, cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cinnamon. Pour over corn. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Spread over meat. Top wih parmesean and mozarrella. Bake 10-15 minutes more.
