Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 10 large bell peppers - yellow or orange
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 large onion - diced small
  • 3/4 c UNcooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 28 oz can tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice in water.

Mix onion, cooked rice, and Italian seasoning into ground beef.

Scoop meat mixture into peppers and place in roasting pan. Pour sauce over peppers.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Switch middle peppers to outside. Bake for 30 more minutes.
