Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds tilapia
  • 15 limes
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Chop fish. Marinate fish in lime juice at least an hour. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
