Ingredients

  • 2 each ripe avocados, peeled, seeded and quartered
  • 2 each jalapenos, seeded, stemmed and finely chopped
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 8 tbl cilantro, washed, stemmed and roughly chopped
  • 2 each ripe tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 2 each lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place avocados into a mixing bowl and mash minimally
2. Add diced jalapenos, onion, lime juice, salt and pepper
3. Add the cilantro
4. Mix until combined and chunks of avocados are visible
5. Stir in chopped tomatoes

Note: If you're not serving immediately, guacamole is best kept in the refrigerator with the avocado pit immersed in it and tightly covered with plastic wrap.
