- Chicken Thighs
- Salt
- Oil
- Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Salt chicken. Flour each piece of chicken (doesn't have to be heavy). Put enough oil in skillet to cover bottom of skillet. Let oil get hot. Cook chicken in skillet on med-high until one side lightly browns. Turn chicken over. Cook on med-high until other side lightly browns. Continue to cook for approx 30 - 45 minutes until tender and done on low with the lid on. Turn heat back up to med-high the last 5 -10 minutes to brown the chicken.
