Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Package 16oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn or a partial bag of frozen corn (more corn the better :)
  • 2 cans 10 1/2 oz cream of chicken (or mushroom or celery)
  • 1 small onion
  • 12 oz bag of egg noodles
  • 3/4 - 4 oz cans of Tuna in water drained
  • 3 Cups of Corn Flakes/or potato chips
  • 3 Tablespoons of butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare mixed vegetables (and corn) as directed on bag. Prepare noodles as directed. Drain. Stir vegetables and noodles into soup, tuna and onion mix.
Pour into shallow baking dish. Crush cereal/chips slightly and toss with melted butter. Sprinkle over tuna mixture.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until brown.
