Ingredients

  • 1 bag Ore Ida shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine hashbrowns with 3/4 cup of the melted margarine, onion, cheese, sour cream, and the cream of mushroom soup. Put mixture in a 2 qt. caserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Combine crushed crackers with the remaining 1/4 cup melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole and return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
