Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast, thawed (2-3 lbs)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable-flavored cream cheese
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place turkey in crockpot.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Brush over turkey. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours in crockpot.
This was really very good and quite easy.
