Nano's Dressing

Ingredients

• 6 c crumbled cornbread (2 pkgs)
• 6 c toasted light bread and cubed (12-18 slices)
• 2 doz lightly toasted crackers (crushed)
• 2 c cubed onions
• 2 c chopped celery
• 1/2 c chopped pecans
• 1/2 chopped almonds
• 1 tsp Celery salt
• 1 Tbs Poultry seasoning
• 1 Tbs Sage
• Black pepper to taste
• Dash of salt
• 1 peeled & cubed apple
• 1 c milk to moisten
• 2-3 eggs
• 1-2 cans chicken stock

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare all dry ingredients and combine. Add eggs and stir well. Then, moisten with milk and chicken stock. Add chopped apple last and combine gently.
Bake at 325 for 60 minutes
