Cornbread - Sage Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 C Cornbread, crumbs (dried)
  • 1/2 C Celery, sliced
  • 1 Onion (small)
  • 2 Tbs butter, melted
  • 2 C Dried Breadcrumbs (white bread)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 C Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tsp Sage
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Place this in a well greased 13x9x2" baking pan. (Can also lightly stuff in poultry cavity).
If baking in a pan, bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until done.
