Cornbread - Sage Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 C Cornbread, crumbs (dried)
- 1/2 C Celery, sliced
- 1 Onion (small)
- 2 Tbs butter, melted
- 2 C Dried Breadcrumbs (white bread)
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 C Chicken Broth
- 1 Tsp Sage
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Place this in a well greased 13x9x2" baking pan. (Can also lightly stuff in poultry cavity).
If baking in a pan, bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until done.
