Pumpkin Pie Latte
- 1 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg, ginger and allspice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup of your favorite hot brewed coffee

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and pumpkin until steaming (or heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes)
Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour the milk mixture into a blender, and blend for 20 seconds until it’s frothy.
Pour into your favorite mug, then add your freshly brewed hot coffee. Add sugar, to taste.
Sprinkle a bit of nutmeg, cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice over the top.
