Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup chopped dried dates
- 1 ring of dried pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 11 oz. goat cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the fruits and nuts together with honey in a small bowl.
Place goat cheese on serving platter and spoon fruit and nut mixture on top and around the cheese.
