Ingredients
- 8 oz. spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (26.5 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. milk
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- French fried onions (small can)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti, drain and set aside. Brown ground beef, drain. Add spaghetti sauce to skillet and heat. Combine onions, peppers, and butter is small glass bowl. Cover and microwave and stir well. Using a 10x6 dish, assemble in the following order; thin layer spaghetti sauce on bottom, spaghetti, cream cheese/veggie mixture, spaghetti sauce. Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Top with French fried onions and continue baking 5 minutes.
