Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 cup water, cold
  • 2 Tbsp frozen whipped topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put first 4 ingredients in blender. Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending at lowest speed till slushy.
2. Chocolate: add 2 tbsp chocolate syrup to milk (108 cal.)
3. Strawberry: add 1/2 cup frozen strawberries & 4 tsp sugar or Splenda to equal (105 cal.)
