DESSERT - Sex In A Pan by Erna Mastromatteo

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup butter
• 3 tbs sugar
• ¼ cup chopped fine nuts
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 – cool whip
• 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
• 3 cups milk
• 2 – 3 tbs liqueur (if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

1st layer

1 cup flour
½ cup butter
3 tbs sugar
¼ cup chopped nuts

Crumb together and pat into a 9” x 13” pan. Bake for 15 minutes @ 350˚.

2nd layer

1 cup icing sugar
8 oz cream cheese
½ cool whip

Cream together and spread over 1st layer.

3rd layer

2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Mix together with 2 – 3 tbs of liqueur if desired and pour over 2nd layer. Top remaining ½ cool whip. Sprinkle some nuts or chocolate on top. Refrigerate before serving.
