Coffee Cake Fruited

Ingredients

• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 2/3 c brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp cold butter
• *cinnamon optional
• 2 eggs
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups sliced peaches,apples,or choive
• 1 1/2 c sliced fresh strawberries,blueberries,ec

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl combine 2/3 c ake mix with sugar and cinnnamon; cut in butterr until crumbly
Set aside
Place remaining cake mix in another bowl;
Add eggs and sour cream and beat until smooth
Fold in fruit
Spread in a greased 9x13 pan
Sprinkle with crumb mixture
Bake at 350 for 40/50 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
