Ingredients
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 TBS Garlic Powder
- 2 TBS. Onion Powder
- 2 TBS Canning Salt
- 2 tsp. Morton Tender Quick
- 1 TBS Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 TBS. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp. Cajun Spice
- 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Spicy
- 2 Jalepenos
- 1/3 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. You can eliminate some of the seeds of the jalepenos if you like, we like it hot. Marinate the meat for at least one day, great for 2 days. You can use this for venison or goose. Put meat in a dehydrator until done! Will marinate 5 pounds of meat.
