Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups twisted pasta, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained
- 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup slivered pitted ripe olives
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Stir in pasta, cherry tomatoes, green pepper and olives. Cover and chill.
