Ingredients
- 3 oz pkg of orange Jell-O
- 3 oz pkg of cherry Jell-O
- 3 oz pkg of lime Jell-O
- 3 oz pkg of lemon Jell-O
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 4 cups whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare orange, cherry, and lime Jell-O using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each.
Pour each flavour into an 8" x 8" square pan and chill.
Cut Jell-O into 1/2 inch cubes.
Dissolve lemon Jell-O and sugar in 1 cup boiling water.
Add pineapple juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Blend in 4 cups whipped cream and the Jello cubes.
Spoon into a 9 inch springform pan.
Chill overnight or until firm.
