Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

* Combine everything except oil in a stainless steel bowl and whisk to combine.

* Whisk in oil until emulsified.

* Store in a squirt bottle in the fridge.
