Royal Icing

Used for making flowers.

Ingredients

• 3 Tbp meringue powder
• 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbp water
• 4 cups sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all the ingredients at low speed for 7 to 10 minutes until the icing forms peaks. Add more water or sugar to obtain needed consistancy for your project.
