Ingredients
- 8 oz crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Step 1
Place a metal mixing bowl into the refrigerator to chill for 30 mins.
Soften the cream cheese. Add 2 Tbp pineapple juice and vanilla extract and mix until blended. Stir in 1/4 cup pineapple and 1/2 cup cherry filling. Into the chilled metal bowl add cream with sugar and beat until stiff. Fold the cream into the cheese mixture with a wooden spoon. Fold do not beat as you want to keep this light and airy. Pour into the crust and place in the refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours).
