Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can black-eyed peas w/jalapenos
- (2) 10 oz. cans rotelle tomatoes w/peppers (drained)
- 1-2 avocados
- 1 gr. bell pepper-diced
- 1 Tbs lime juice
- 1/4 c. zesty italian dressing
- 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Chop and combine all ingrediants and serve with tortilla chips.
