Ingredients
- 1 cup garbanzos
- 1 avocado
- 1 small jalapeno
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon cilantro or to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon tahini or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 cup water or stock, any kind
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- garnish: chopped cilantro and chopped tomatoes, serve with crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Add more olive oil if needed. Taste and correct seasoning if necessary.
Note: Even though this has avocado, it keeps wonderfully.
