Cream Cheese Chocolate Fudge Icing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 squares unsweet chocolate
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup can milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp Karo

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, flour, karo milk, margarine and xook to 238 degrees; soft ball stage. Take off heat, add vanilla and stir. Let set to cool; about 15 minutes. Beat with mixer then add cream cheese cut into chunks; beat until melted and creamy. Let it set, stirring along, about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. Don't get in to big of a hurry.
