Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 6 cloves garlic (2 Tbsp minced)
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lb. cooking greens
- grated or shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine:
6 cups water
2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
6 cloves garlic (2 Tbsp minced)
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
Add greens and bring water to a boil.
Cook until tender (5-30 minutes depending on the greens).
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
