Grandma's Cream de Minth Bars

Ingredients

  • Bottom:
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup coco
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (beaten with egg)
  • 2 cups grahm cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Middle:
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Cream de Minth
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Top:
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients for bottom layer. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate for 2 hours. Combine middle layer and spread over bottom. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Make top layer and pour over middle layer. Refrigerate.
