Ingredients
- 1 chocolate pie crust
- 1 box bon-bon ice cream nuggets
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup non-diary whipped topping
- 10 drops green food coloring
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
Preparation
Step 1
Cover bottom of pie crust with bon-bons.
Mix pudding mix with milk. Fold in whipped topping, food coloring, and peppermint extract. Spoon over bon-bon nuggets and freeze 5 hours.
Decorate with melted chocolate swirls, whipped topping and additional bon-bons, if desired.
