Ingredients
- 1/4 C Warm Water
- 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 C Cold Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 C Bread Flour (+ extra for kneading)
- Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Put yeast in warm water and allow to bloom for five minutes.
Stir in cold water and salt. Stir in one cup flour until mixed, then repeat with another cup, and then another.
Knead dough on floured surface for 10 minutes.
Divide into two tight balls, wipe them with olive oil, put in airtight container and leave overnight. Remove from refrigerator an hour before starting. Stretch each ball into 14" circle.
