Ingredients
- 1 Lg can Pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp Butter melted
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 8" pie crusts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine with mixer, pumpkin, sugar and remaining ingredients in order given.
pour into pie crusts
Bake in preheated very hot oven 450* for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat quickly (leave oven door slightly open for 10 minutes) to slow oven down to 325* and continue baking for 45 mminutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of filling.
Makes 2 8' pies
