Ingredients

  • 8

    ounces of hamburger

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/8

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    ounce yellow onions diced

  • 4

    small slider buns

  • 1 1/2

    tbl ketchup

  • 1

    ounce lettuce

  • 8

    dill pickle slices

Directions

BURGERS Place burger whole on the stove, season with salt & pepper After seasoning cut burger into fourths Place equal amount of onions on each burger With spatula, flatten out each burger to set onion and get correct size for the buns Flip 1/2 way through process then cook to desired doneness. . BUNS Take "slider buns" and place bottoms face down on grill/stove next to burgers AFTER you flatten & set onions. Place top half of bun on top of the bottom bun. Buns have to be close to burgers to absorb the juice
