  • 1 cup granulated sugar (or coconut palm sugar)
  • 1 cup light corn syrup (or honey or maple syrup, or a mix of both)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter (or non-dairy substitute), melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans

Preparation
