Ingredients
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 c milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix peanut butter and milk; add to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Knead dough and mix in more flour if needed. Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness and use cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
Bake 375 20 minutes on greased baking sheet until lightly brown.
Store in air tight container, can be frozen and rethawed.
