Bistro French Dip Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 17 oz pkg Hormel Refrigerated Beef Roast Au Jus, juices reserved
  • 4 hoagie style sandwich rolls, sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced and sauteed
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings, sauteed
  • 2 T Italian salad dressing
  • Note:(Try sauteeing and not sauteeing red onion)

Preparation

Step 1

Place shredded cheese on botttom halves of each roll
Layer beef on top of cheese
Arrange bell pepper and onion over meat
Drizzle each with a little salad dressing and place tops on rolls
Wrap sandwiches in foil and heat at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until warmed through.
To serve: Microwave meat juices on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until hot. Serve in small bowls on the side for dipping sandwiches.
