Ingredients
- .5 lb. ground beef
- .5 lb. ground pork
- .5 lb. ground veal
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 TBS minced parsley
- 1 egg, well beaten
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients lightly.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on non-stick baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
