Ingredients

  • .5 lb. ground beef

  • .5 lb. ground pork

  • .5 lb. ground veal

  • 1

    cup bread crumbs

  • 1

    TBS grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    TBS minced parsley

  • 1

    egg, well beaten

  • Salt to taste

  • Ground pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients lightly. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
