Encheladas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1 pkg. Enchilada sauce mix
  • 1 8 oz. can tomatoe sauce
  • 8 tortilla shells
  • 1 package of cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Stir sauce mix, water and tomatoe sauce in pan. Bring to boil then simmer 5 min until thick.

Brown meat and add 1/2 cup of sauce.

Dip tortillas in sauce and then spoon meat into tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on meat and tehn roll up tortilla shells and place in greased 9x13 baking pan seams down.

Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and then top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake at 350 for 15 min.
