Ingredients
- 12 pitted kalamata olives
- 6-8 oil-packed sundried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
- 4 tsp. oil from the sundried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Place the parsley, tomatoes, olives, and oil into a food processor. Blend. Serve over your choice of protein (fish, chicken, etc.) or use as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.
Store in the fridge.
