Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (can be skinless or not)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 2 cups minute rice
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 9 X 13 pan well. Place thighs in bottom of pan. Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and water together. Stir in lipton onion soup mix. Mix with minute rice. Put this mixture over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or less. Check in 1 hour.
