    cups butter

  • cups onion (diced)

  • 6

    qts bread crumbs

  • 3

    cups diced celery

  • 2

    tablespoons salt

  • ½

    teaspoon pepper

  • 1

    tablespoon sage

  • 1

    tablespoon marjoram

  • 1

    teaspoon poultry seasoning

  • maybe 2 cans chicken or turkey broth


Saute onions and celery in butter until starts to brown. Tear bread into bite size pieces, cool onions and celery mixture slightly add spices then put about 1/3 of bread crumbs in a bowl and pour about 1/3 of butter over bread and continue bread and butter layers until gone. Mix well add broth until preferred texture. Stuff turkey or put in casserole dish and bake about 30 mins at 350 oven
