    Tilapia Fillets

  • ½

    C. Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

  • ¼

    C. Cheddar Shredded Cheese

  • 2

    T. Butter (melted)

  • T. Miracle Whip

  • 1

    T. Lemon Juice

  • t. Italian Seasoning

  • t. Ground Black Pepper

  • t. Onion Powder

  • t. Celery seed


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a Baking dish, (or 2) that will allow fillets to lay side by side in one layer. Then place the Fillets in it. 2. In a small bowl mix together the Cheeses, Butter, Miracle Whip, Lemon Juice and Seasonings. Stir together until well blended. Spoon onto the fillets; cover each piece. 3. Place in oven for 15 minutes then increase temperature to 400 for 10 minutes or until Fillets begin to brown and Fillets flake easily with fork. 4. I add a little extra Cheese on top as soon as I take it out of the oven. Delicious!
