Ingredients
- Filling:
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- Topping:
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press remainder into 8" x 8" pan.
2. Beat butter, icing sugar, and eggs. Spread over crumb mixture
3. Whip cream until stiff and stir in pineapple. Spread over filling.
4. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top.
5. Chill overnight.
