Ingredients
- Cranberry Mayonnaise:
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp canned cranberry sauce (chunky kind)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- optional: salt and pepper to taste
- Sandwich:
- Croissants
- thinly sliced apples
- sliced turkey
- brie cheese
- shredded lettuce
- Italian salad dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cranberry mayonnaise ingredients and set aside.
Mix shredded lettuce with salad dressing, and set aside.
To assemble sandwich:
Split croissant and warm on griddle or in pan. Spread cranberry mayonnaise on croissant. Add warmed turkey, cheese, apple slices, and shredded lettuce.
