Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) creamed corn
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 6 green onions choppped
- 12 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (7 oz) can diced roasted green chiles

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spreay a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray or use a cast iron skillet.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the corn, sour cream and oil. Add the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and cumin. Fold in the green onions cheese and chiles.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until golden brown, 50 to 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
