Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless chicken breast
  • 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup bottled ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 6 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Roast chicken breast in the over or poach in boiling water for 20. minutes( note: roasting gives chicken better taste)
Shred chicken w/ 2 forks until well shreded.
Place shredded chicken and hot sauce in a skillet on low heat. Add cream cheese in small chunks along w/ 1/2 of dressing and 1/2 of shredded cheese. Stir until all is melted and blended together
Transfer mixture to crock pot or casserole dish( if using casserole dish, spray w/ pam so dip does not stick). Add remaining shredded cheese, heat through in crock pot or place in 325 oven for 20 m. or until heated through. Can be made in advanced and refigerated. Then heat through.
