Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoon double acting baking powder
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 1/4 cups low fat milk
- 1 cup peeled chopped apples
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar

mix all the ingredients together. Makes about 14 pancakes.
