Ingredients
- 6 slices of white bread coarsly torn
- 1 lb. bulk sausage cooked or 1 lb. of cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Lightly grease 13 x 9 baking pan or casserole dish.
Place bread in the bottom pan and sprinke w/ sausage(or bacon) and the cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper in med. bowl.
Pour over bread mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
