Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
  • 1 9 inch deep dish pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Pour into pie shell.

Bake in preheated oven to 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack for 2 hours or refridgerate.
